Call Out For Footage
As part of a commission with Cornwall 365 and Screen Cornwall, I am creating a brand new spoken word poetry video celebrating Cornish culture and events. Since community is so important to Cornish culture I would love your help!
I need your home video footage of cultural events in Cornwall to help me illustrate how incredible Cornish events are, how much we have missed them over lockdown and how thankful we are for the people who, despite restrictions, have continued to support Cornish culture over the last year.
I am looking for video of: feast days and celebrations, festivals (music, film, culture, language!), theatre, museums, venues big and small, community events at village halls and more.
I would love a diverse range of events to be featured, so please send in footage taken at big name events, but I would also love to see home video of smaller, local community events.
This footage could be anything from you or your family enjoying the day, to the venues, scenery, or the beautiful (or wet) weather.
It does not have to be high quality as we are looking for home video, not professional footage. Something filmed on your phone is perfect.
