Raise The Bar: Freedom of Mind

Monday 28th October, Prince Street Social, Bristol

Raise The Bar are back with Freedom Of Mind to bring a night of spoken word themed around mental health.

The main show will bring together a mixture of local, talented individuals who use poetry as a tool to express their experiences with mental health.

Hosted by Kat Lyons, Featuring Shaun Hill, and local artists including Taran Spalding-Jenkin, Helen Sheppard, Caleb Parkin and many more.
